  Dance Healthy  was created to help dancers achieve a healthy lifestyle.  My goal is to help dancers maintain a healthy weight, by eating and exercising the right way.  Another goal of Dance Healthy is to prevent eating disorders in dancers.  A dancer's body is not meant to be deprived of food, nor is the body meant to be super skinny.  A dancer has a muscular healthy body full of the proper nutrients that give dancers there energy to dance for hours at a time.
